Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
Many SHØRE products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Normal wear and tear
We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide your order number

Include clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies due to damage or defect, we will replace it with the same item.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SHØRE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
